By ordering on our website you will be agreeing to the following..

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Payment in full is required before dispatching your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard or Paypal.
  • Our prices and/or products are subject to change without notice.
  • You will be invoiced for goods at prices current at the date of dispatch.
  • All prices include GST.
  • We take no responsibility for the use of the products you have purchased.
  • We try our best to get your order out the same day or next. This is not guaranteed as delay in deliveries to our warehouse are sometime unavoidable.

FRAUD

We take fraud attempts very seriously and will direct all information to the Police and our banks fraud department.

FREIGHT & HANDLING

Our goods are dispatched by a contract carrier or Australia Post. However, we reserve the right to deliver goods by any other reasonable means.

Usual delivery would be 2 - 3 working days depending on carrier service, Or next day service with courier depending on delivery location.

If a product is out of stock in the warehouse, it may take a little longer.

You will be responsible for all delivery costs unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to amend your invoice, should actual freight costs exceed the amount already paid. You agree that we may debit your account accordingly.

You must be at your delivery address stated to receive the goods.

We will not be liable for damage to or loss of goods left on your instructions at your unattended delivery address.

Additions to orders will be treated as separate orders. You will receive a separate invoice, dispatch and freight charge once the initial order has been packed and dispatched.

RETURNS

We have a no return policy, except where product is faulty, in which case it must be returned within 7 (seven) days of receipt.

Goods must be returned in new condition with original packaging intact. All products must be returned unused. The goods must be returned with the invoice, the method used for payment and the delivery docket. Ruby's Salon Supplies will not accept liability for any postage incurred.
